To help with this process, we offer basic term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance of up to 1x your annual salary. We also offer disability benefits. Eligible employees are offered the option of purchasing additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents.

Reimbursement Accounts

  • Parking covers the cost associated with commuters who pay-to-park.
  • Transit covers the cost associated with commuters who opt for alternative means of transportation to work.

401(k) Retirement

Investing some of what you earn today can help you prepare for a better tomorrow. QTC has a very competitive 401k plan including tax deferment, employee contributions up to 90 percent of base salary, an aggressive company match program, attractive and highly diverse investment options and, access to your account on-line, including Fidelity investment advice and an immediate vesting schedule. Prior employer 401k funds can be rolled over accordingly.

The benefits include:

  • Pre-tax contributions are deducted from your pay before income taxes are taken out, lowering the amount of current income taxes you pay each period.
  • Your contributions are automatically deducted regularly from your paycheck.
  • Eligibility begins after one month of service.
  • Vesting of company match is 100 percent upon contribution.

Personal Time Off (PTO)

QTC pays 14 days of PTO for full-time employees, with increased time based on years of service.

Holidays

For QTC employees working a minimum of 20 hours/week, we recognize one floating holiday*, and eight standard holidays.
