eProcess Suite

QTC's technological backbone is the eProcess Suite. It is used to support administrative staff as each case passes through our proprietary operational flow.

The eProcess Suite establishes a set of milestones by which each case can be monitored for performance. It also identifies emerging trends to predict difficulties and proactively prevents problems.
