Overall case timelines vary by agency; however, our proven operational flow (supported by proprietary technology) ensures that the examination portion of the review process is processed through QTC in the most efficient and high-quality manner.

The six steps of the operational flow are defined below:

Step 1: Appointment Scheduling

QTC receives your case, and schedules and/or coordinates your examination with the nearest available examiner.

Step 2: File Preparation

QTC reviews your case file, ensuring all pertinent medical data and information is included, and sends you an appointment package, as required by the agency, prior to the scheduled examination day.

Step 3: Examination Day

You bring your completed medical history, when applicable, to the scheduled appointment. The examiner conducts the examination and collects the necessary medical evidence. The examiner compiles all the gathered evidence into a medical report, and sends it to QTC.

Step 4: Medical Report Preparation

QTC reviews each submitted medical report to verify the content is clear, consistent and complete (at no point does quality assurance edit, modify, nor coach an examiner's opinion).

Step 5: Billing of Services

QTC submits the final examination report to the referring agency, and bills client upon successful delivery.

Step 6: Payment

QTC distributes timely payment to its examiners.
