Billing and Payment

A Service Bill is included with each appointment notification package that outlines all the authorized services and procedures for which you will be compensated. If, however, additional testing or evaluation is necessary, prior approval from QTC is required.

All payments for services are based upon the delivery of completed and signed medical reports.
