• We keep you informed of requirement changes, examination tips, as well as performance.
• We conduct periodic credential checks to ensure that you are continuously in compliance.
• We keep you updated on workload, appointment scheduling and notification, the quality assurance process and billing and payment schedules.
• We provide you with complete online account information to allow access to scheduled appointments, examination protocol, and other pertinent appointment information.

More importantly, as a contract examiner, you will have direct access to an assigned QTC representative for questions and assistance.
