QTC conducts high-level quality assurance review on each report to ensure all the essential elements of the medical report are present, questions posed by the client are completely addressed, and the answers are supported and substantiated.

Under the direction of the Medical Director, QTC verifies report content for:

  1. Clarity
  2. Consistency
  3. Completeness

It is to be emphasized that the QA function is administrative support in nature.
