Examiner Lifecycle
QTC has carefully defined the examiner lifecycle documenting the entry points, orientation strategies, ongoing expectations, and deactivation.
Step 1: Recruitment
- Initiate request by a specific geographic need or an expressed examiner interest
- Prequalify examiner during an interview
Step 2: Credentialing
- Perform a thorough credential check for all prequalified examiners to establish necessary qualifications
Step 3: Orientation
- Provide orientation to become familiar with QTC's people, process and performance standards
- Undergo a mentoring period
Step 4: Active Status
- Place on active status following a mentoring period
- Give access to Provider Portal, a gateway to case information, appointments, and other information in a secure and electronic environment
Step 5: Deactivation
- Undergo brief deactivation process to adequately document and understand the reason behind the separation
- May involve a formal interview or brief questionnaire depending on the situation
