Your Role
As a network examiner, you have an opportunity to serve our nation's heroes: the soldier returning from war, the railroad worker, or even the factory worker seeking retirement. You help ensure that each individual receives the high quality medical evidence necessary for our clients to make a benefit or employment-based determination.
Evidence Development vs. Treatment
Understanding the Differences
Most physicians are taught to treat patients (treatment) rather than collect medical evidence from a neutral, unbiased approach (evidence development) which has led to medical reports failing to meet the standards of the benefit agency. This results in the benefit agency seeking repeat exams and tests causing delays and wasted time and resources.
Technology Tools
QTC pioneered Web-based proprietary technology to maximize the value and timeliness of the process, people and services provided.
For examiners, these software innovations facilitate:
- Complete case management
- Examinee-specific examination protocol
- Electronic medical reports
The technology tools nearly eliminate all paper-based transactions, and expedite the overall examination process to ensure that our examinees receive quality and timely examinations with the customer service they deserve.
