Examination Process

QTC's proprietary operational flow is the key to providing superior examination services. Together with our experienced people and technology, tracking major milestones in the process helps ensure our client's three main requirements:

Quality - Allow a large number of medical providers to produce clear, consistent, and complete medical reports.
Timeliness - Accurately track and follow up on a large number of evaluations over geographically dispersed regions.
Customer Service - Ensure access to health services where and when required to best meet customer needs.

The process is outlined below:

Step 1: Appointment Scheduling

QTC receives the referral
Coordinates the appointment with the examinee and/or examiner, if necessary

Step 2: File Preparation

QTC ensures all pertinent medical data and information is available
Triages the case and sends applicable information to the examiner, if necessary

Step 3: Examination Day

Examiner meets with the examinee and conducts the exam, including all diagnostics

Step 4: Medical Report Preparation

Examiner completes a medical report and submits to QTC for quality assurance review
QTC verifies that each medical report is clear, consistent, and complete

Step 5: Billing of Services

QTC submits final medical report, and bills each client upon successful delivery

Step 6: Payment

Examiner receives compensation
