Chairman's Message

This year, we’re celebrating our 29 year milestone and QTC continues to excel with business opportunities and new developments adding to our overall capabilities despite the economic situation. It is QTC’s highest commitment and respect to our customers, clients, and professional providers, both in the public and private sector that continually drives QTC to the highest degree of excellence in all that we do to serve individuals and organizations across the country.

Our most recent new developments include expanding our occupational health sector to service over 69 federal agencies throughout the United States by performing occupational health examinations, fitness for duty evaluations and managing medical surveillance programs. QTC also conducts on-site events such as flu vaccinations for agencies including the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, QTC entered into an exciting venture with Los Angeles County Employees Retirement System to coordinate and administer early disability retirement examinations for civilian employees.

We have also expanded our clinic business into the occupational sector by providing pre-employment physicals and staff medical monitoring services to the state of California’s Department of Transportation, Conservation Corps, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation including Welfare to Work Programs.

With a great initiative, QTC is working to support and improve our environments sustainability by reducing the need to print documents and using recyclable products. We’ve become a green company, and actively encourage our counterparts within the healthcare industry to do the same.

QTC’s business growth during these difficult times shows that exceptional leadership stands the test of time. We continue to improve processes and achieve our motto for: Quality, Timeliness, and exceptional Customer service by anticipating clients’ needs.  Effective management of change and growth provides us with enthusiasm for the future of QTC and has brought us to where we are today..
