Long Beach, CA - December 8, 2009 - QTC attended the Grand Opening of the Long Beach Paralyzed Veterans of America Vocational Rehabilitation Office at the Long Beach VA Medical Center on Wednesday, December 2, 2009.  The office, located in the Spinal Cord Injury Center, will empower veterans with disabilities with the services and tools they need to reintegrate into the job market - while matching them with businesses and organizations with career positions.  QTC Management, The Kim and Harold Louie Family Foundation, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs partnered together in this innovative joint public and private effort.
