QTC President, Steeve Kay, Named Entrepreneur of the Year

Diamond Bar, CA - July 24, 2003 - QTC Management, Inc. announced today that its President and CEO, Steeve Kay has been awarded the prestigious 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Technology. The award program is designed to honor entrepreneurs whose ingenuity, hard work and perseverance have created and sustained successful, growing business ventures.

Founded in 1981, QTC has grown from a one facility to a nationwide operation that includes over 10,000 providers in the QTC Provider Network performing disability evaluations in all 50 states.
