Robert Lynch, M.D. to Speak During QTC Sponsored Luncheon

Diamond Bar, CA - April 14, 2008 - Robert Lynch, M.D. has been named as the keynote speaker during the National Disability Examiners Association (NADE) Pacific Regional Conference Awards Luncheon.  The conference will be held in Los Angeles in mid-April and is a training session for Social Security analysts, public relations specialists and other various positions.

Dr. Lynch is currently Chief Executive Officer of Tulane University Hospital and Clinic.  Prior to his appointment, Dr. Lynch was Director of the South Central Veterans Affairs Health Care Network leading the VA’s second largest health care network, which covers all or parts of eight states and serves a veteran population of 1.8 million with a budget over $2.0 billion.  The Network has been a leader in a broad range of measures focusing on quality of care and efficiency.

Dr. Lynch received his medical degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center.  He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives.  Dr. Lynch is an Air Force veteran who attended Medical School on the GI Bill.
