Patricia Dantzler is the Vice President of Human Resources for QTC. Her primary focus is on developing a workforce that has strong customer service skills, an extensive knowledge base, and highly trained at supporting the Veterans Benefit Administration Medical Disability Examination (VBA MDE) customer. Since joining QTC in 2015, Ms. Dantzler has implemented human capital strategies aligned with business imperatives to ensure a strong, highly skilled, knowledgeable workforce prepared to meet an ever-changing, competitive market.
Ms. Dantzler began her professional career 25 years ago in Human Resource administration for a large commercial material handling company supporting manufacturing work process flow requirements throughout the U.S. She transitioned into the government contracting business as a human resource business partner and continued her career as a senior manager supporting organizations in the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico, Russia, and Iraq for Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC). Ms. Dantzler joined Lockheed Martin Company (LMCO) in 2012 managing a US based organization in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). She worked closely with the FAA customer to assess organizational effectiveness and an information technology structure to provide real-time communication demands that are required in today’s business.
Ms. Dantzler holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
