1981
Dr. Kay opens Kay's Medical Evaluation Center (KMEC) in Whittier, California.
1985
QTC is officially founded and establishes a headquarters in Whittier, California.
1988
QTC expands into Northern California with three medical offices.
1995
QTC wins its first federal contract award from the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) Medical Record Review.
1997
QTC opens an additional administrative office in San Antonio, Texas.
1998
Veterans Affairs (V.A.) tapped QTC to provide Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams to Veterans.
2005
QTC is acquired by Spectrum Equity.
2011
QTC is acquired by Lockheed Martin.
2016
QTC is included in Lockheed Martin’s IT and services spinoff, which merges with Leidos Inc.
2018
QTC moves its headquarters to San Dimas, California.
2018
QTC Mobile Medical Clinics hit the road.
2019
Leidos acquires IMX Medical Management Services (IMX) and its affiliated businesses to operate under QTC.
2020
QTC expands its administrative efforts in Nashville, Tennessee.
2021
QTC wins the
Reserve Health Readiness Program
, Secret Service, and
FBI
contracts.
2022
QTC wins an international contract to support the VA.
