COVID-19 Update
QTC and its parent company, Leidos, have been actively enhancing our business continuity plan to mitigate the potential impact of the COVID-19 illness. It is our utmost mission to ensure your individual and collective health and safety. We are dynamically monitoring all current information from the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Additionally, we are closely monitoring information released from select high tier academic institutions with strong public health capabilities such as Harvard, Mayo, Stanford, and Johns Hopkins.
To lessen potential transmission to our community, examinees, physicians, and employees, we have taken the following steps:
1) | Posted important self-screening information at the front doors of all of our clinics, and ask that you, please read and adhere before entering. |
2) | We have stationed alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout the clinic. And it is preferred that hand washing with regular soap and water for 20 seconds is performed using the restroom facilities. |
3) | Consistent with current CDC guidance, our projected pre-screening and day of appointment criteria remain as follows: a) Please notify your QTC case specialist for further advice if you have recently: 1. Traveled overseas or to a high-risk location or b) Further, consistent with current guidelines, an examinee should anticipate a 14-day post-illness, symptom-free time interval before being offered a new appointment. |
If you need to reschedule, the QTC operations team will make every effort to accommodate those requests. To reschedule, follow the instructions below.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update guidance as it continues to mature.
Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment? No problem.
