Examinees who are referred to Leidos QTC Health Services, with a valid email address included in the referral will be sent an email to register for Leidos QTC Health Services Examinee Portal. Once an account has been created, an email will be sent with a link to the login page.

Once logged into our Examinee Portal, you will be able to see future appointments including date, time, and location, as well as an appointment letter and any supplemental forms. You will receive notifications of upcoming appointments.

Leidos QTC Health Services is not the custodian of the records; therefore, we are prohibited from giving results to anyone outside of the VBA. Please contact a VA representative for information regarding obtaining copies of your exam results. A VA representative can be reached at 1(800) 827-1000.
For Veterans, travel will be reimbursed at a rate of 41.5 cents per mile for each appointment you attend. You will receive your mileage check within 7-10 business days from the date of appointment. Active Duty Service Members are not eligible for mileage reimbursement. If you do not receive a mileage check and believe you are eligible, please contact a Leidos QTC Health Services representative.
