Brenda DavisVice President of Operations, Customer Experience
Brenda Davis is the Vice President of Customer Experience for QTC. She joined QTC in July 2021 to take on a newly developed role focused on delivering an effortless experience for our customers. Brenda is a champion of creating and managing memorable experiences for customers through active listening, understanding, and delivering quick resolutions. She has over 30 years of leadership experience as well as a successful record of vision and strategy for developing talent, building strong purpose-driven culture teams, and directly driving long-range customer experience initiatives. In this role, Brenda will also look to accelerate the company’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts as well as lead the Marketing and Communications team to support growth and expansion.
Before joining QTC, Brenda held various progressive leadership positions in Customer Operations, Finance, and Sales within diverse industries. These include First Interstate Bank, ADT Security, and Staples, Inc. During her tenure with Staples she led the transformation of the Customer Experience Print Division, brought in and elevated the talent, and evolved the call center with a two-tier platform with technology and structure. As a champion of driving continuous improvement and reinvention, Brenda was able to effortlessly expand and support new partnerships and customer segments. Ms. Davis has led organizational transformations, delivered start-up organizations, restructured talent, and championed many cross-functional initiatives in her tenure with these companies. She focuses on developing, empowering, and inspiring all team members to bring their best to each customer interaction and truly embraces the expression “Customer Experience is not a department— it is an attitude.”
Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix.
