Lesly A. Padilla is the Vice President of Human Resources at QTC. She assumed the role of Vice President in June 2021. In this role, Lesly leads a geographically dispersed team of Human Resources professionals spanning all dimensions of the function, including business partners, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, training and development, HRIS, and more. In addition, she is responsible for developing and implementing people strategies to effectively recruit, retain and develop the talent needed to support QTC’s business objectives and growth goals.
Lesly comes to QTC with a tenure of over 11 years at Leidos. Immediately before her joining QTC, she served over five years as the Vice President of Human Resources for the HR Systems and Solutions Centers of Expertise. In that role, she was responsible for building and leading the team delivering HR Business Systems Analysis, HR Data Analytics, Strategic Planning, and Project Management & Integration for Leidos.
Lesly has more than 30 years of diverse HR experience in positions of increasing responsibility and leadership. Her knowledge in supporting various lines of business both at Northrop Grumman and Leidos include HR Management and Business Partnering, HR Information Systems, HR Data Analytics, Organization & Talent Development, Strategic Planning, Compensation, and Incentives Program Management & Administration, Employee Relations, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning and many more.
Lesly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Western New Mexico University and an MBA from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She also has multiple HR certifications.
