Rob Spellman is the Chief Information Officer for QTC. He directs all information technology aspects of the company, including product management, software development, software quality assurance, help desk support, and overall IT infrastructure and architecture.

Mr. Spellman is an executive with over 20 years of experience in information technology (IT), operations, and product management in Fortune 300 companies. Additionally, he has held director-level positions at several companies, including Leidos, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), International Inc., and American Management Systems (AMS).

Mr. Spellman received his Systems Engineering Professional Certificate from the University of California San Diego, a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Norfolk State University.
