Bryan Jolly
Chief Operation Officer- In
Bryan Jolly is the Chief Operation Officer for QTC. He joined QTC in August 2022 to manage major program portfolios such as Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) medical disability exams and disability and occupational health services. Mr. Jolly has more than 15 years of successfully managing large-scale service delivery programs for the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence and civilian agencies.
He has spent his entire career working for Lockheed Martin and Leidos corporations. Prior to joining QTC, Mr. Jolly served as Vice President within Leidos’ Chief Information Office. He led a digital transformation using Enterprise Infrastructure Software and other security applications for the 43,000-person corporation. He managed teams worldwide and led the integration of Leidos’ $215 million 1901 Group acquisition, Leidos CIO’s COVID response, and the robotic process automation initiative. As a director, Mr. Jolly managed the Enterprise IT and Cloud portfolio and delivered IT services portal security services, app migration, and logistics data analytics to over 800,000 DoD customers globally. His former roles include Air Force IT Programs CTO, Defense Threat Reduction Agency Senior Program Manager, and Network Communications Sector Engineering Manager.
Mr. Jolly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He also attended the Executive Leadership Program at University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler School of Business. In 2021, he was chosen as Black Engineer of the Year Modern Day Technology Leader at the Black Engineer of the Year Awards.
