If you have a significant threshold shift (STS) or H2/H3 hearing profile, then you should schedule an appointment:
- Online, through Service Member Portal (SMP)

- Mon – Fri 08:00 – 23:00 ET
- Sat – Sun 08:00 – 16:00 ET
