Rehire Spotlight: Q&A with Medical Assistant Danielle Bryant

Danielle Bryant left Leidos QTC Health Services in March 2022 and returned in August 2022.

Why did you leave Leidos QTC Health Services?

I was offered the opportunity to open and manage a sleep center. I took it to get experience and start a career in management.

Why did you return to Leidos QTC Health Services?

There are several perks that extend beyond the affordable medical coverage and employee discounts, such as Leidos QTC Health Services’ workplace culture. It’s unlike any I have experienced before. I truly feel part of the company and that my input is valued.

What is it about Leidos QTC Health Services that drew you back?

Management and work-life balance. When I left Leidos QTC Health Services, I had a great working relationship with management and my coworkers. I started to miss the culture and the people.

What do you do in your current position?

I currently work as a Medical Assistant. It’s rotating position that allows me to work in all areas of the office. Some of my responsibilities include checking in claimants, obtaining vitals, and performing diagnostic tests.

What advice do you have for former employees who are considering returning to Leidos QTC Health Services?

Do what’s best for you financially and mentally. Don’t be afraid to ask for second chances and don’t feel like a failure for returning if your other ventures don’t pan out.
